Well, if he was born in th same family, his childhood would probably suck even more (imagine, a unicorn born in a long line of Canterlot Pegasi). But indeed, that would probably fuel that dream of flying. Just imagine the faces of his family if he suddenly flew above their house on some sort of jet-wings.

As for that, assuming that special talents are “set in stone” and won’t be different if a pony where to get them in some other manner, I assume Pewny COULD become a terrorist of sorts, using his knowledge to create deadly remote-controlled contraption, to stay from detection.

Anyways, in BOTH cases, I have literally no idea what to think. I guess it depends if the intelligence can be gained from the shades or not. If yes, then he would probably excel at creating technology. Otherwise… Dunno. Honestly dunno.

That’s an interesting approach. If I remember humaninty’s past when they were nomads, they still made some simple tools from stone and such. I guess that’s what Pewny would be doing, making said tools, probably also helping with temporary shelters and such.

Pewny an Steampunk? I can envision creation of millions of steam powered devices, armor, probably weapons too. And there wouldn’t be any problems with fixing it! So yeah, in Steampunk Universe he still would be an Engineer, just most likely much more succefull than in Equestria.
