Kate is just importing some of the stock assets and scripts that come with Unity and putting stuff into the world. Most of the time is actually spent waiting for stuff to import.
“It does take a while to import, huh” He asks, him being just behind Kate.
“Yeah. Well, it’s the textures that take so long… The scripts can be added pretty quickly.“

“I thought so too at first, but it seems to dump data of tabs not used for a bit onto the HDD at some point, considering accessing those tabs can take a second or two” He nods “Anyway, what should we do then? The thing is installed now.”
“Well, I guess we could start with making a basic prototype. Oh, do you want something to drink?“ she asks “I’ve got 7up in the fridge if you want.“
“Alright, that sounds good. Which app should I start for it?” He looks at her as she asks “Oh, well, if it’s not a problem for you, then sure”
“Well, you know, just Unity.It’s shipped with MonoDevelop for the coding. Unless you feel like doing art or something…“
“Ah, alright. Making sure as some SDK’s tend to have multiple tools launched from different executables”
“Oh no. It’s a single environment for everything pretty much. Though you still need Blender or something like that for modelling… And other things for other art stuff.“
