as a white person i apologize
As a black person, I say that you don’t need to apologize.
You should not be held accountable for what your ancestors did. They did bad things to people, but you didn’t. You also shouldn’t feel as though you aren’t allowed to have problems. Just because society leans toward favouring white people, doesn’t mean your life is perfect and stress free.
You don’t need to feel bad for being born the race you are. No one should.

He packed up his typewriter and made for the door. "Thanks again Pewny!" He said before making his exit.
As you leave “It’s not a problem … … … sir.” He shakes his head “Darn, I didn’t catch his name.”
"I insist you keep it until I actually manage to get you that advertisement! I don't want you to get ripped off by circumstances if I fail to deliver. So until then you keep it!"
He thinks for a moment “Alright, that does sound fair. Once again, thank you.”
"Alright, done! I'll type out multiple copies of the add tonight and I'll send them all off to every different magazine I work for in the morning.
He smiles happily “Thank you, thank you very much.” He thinks “In fact, keep the bits, no need to pay me for that repair, what’s more, if anything starts screwing up with that typewriter again, just get in contact with me.”
