Keep in mind, this ONLY applies to North Carolina voters and it goes for Romney as well: if you select All Republicans, he will be excluded. This is because North Carolina does not allow the Presidential candidates to appear alongside the lower officers.
I’m not sure if it applies to any other states, but it’s certainly not very widespread.

I have to say…in this context, as a response to that unanswered question, the USA chant is—no other way to put it—terrifying. Here is a crowd in spontaneous, complicit agreement that ignorance about life and death matters deserves nothing but a deeper and fiercer ignorance. In this moment, the abbreviation for the United States of America becomes “DESTROY! DESTROY! DESTROY!” I keep reminding myself these are real people…not cartoon characters. But I’m still not sure.
