It’s true with me. But don’t get me wrong, it’s not because I’m lazy or don’t like someone. It’s because:

1. I know every single thing about my computer. What is it’s video card, network card, sound card etc. etc. Whereas a few times I wanted to help someone and I ask “What is your video card?” their reply is “Nvidia”. “What model?” “uuuuuuuuuh…”
2. I use Polish version of Windows, meaning that when I help with something the BEST I can do is provide polish to english translations, which often are incorrect, slowing down the process
3. In case of Windows XP - Start -> Run is disabled
4. This is a problem for which I’d need to have PHYSICAL ACCESS to the machine
5. All I use is my own knowledge. If you have a odd piece of tech (*cough*frauandhisdvddrivethatneededdriverstowork*cough*) there is a chance I will be unable to help.
