Nope, you need a kyogre caught in HG and a Groudon caught in SS, then transfer one to the other, then bring both to Prof. Oak and then go to the same tower you got Kyogre/Groudon again.
… Well then, I can’t do that then. Uless a CodeBreaker'ed Kyorge will work for it (will have to catch Groudon first tho). THEN I could do it.
