It wouldn’t be called “Instant Encounter” then. Will see when I try it (and if)

“Instant Encounter” just implies an instant encounter in an area coded with random encounters.

It says “Press L for instant encounter” not “Press/Hold L and walk into grass for instant encounter”

I’m still putting my money on it needing a coded tile.
