This doesn’t quite make sense:
Luna was banished a thousand years ago and returned two years ago.
The Crystal Empire was banished a thousand years ago and returns now.
But Luna helped banish the Empire.
One of the two dates cannot be right.
1002 years ago: Luna rebels and is sent to the moon.
1000 years ago: Luna helps banish the empire???
Also, is it just me, or does Celestia really like Banishing things?
Maybe they rorunded Crystal Empire’s time down a few years.

It’s mythic numbering. “1000” in most culture’s myth cycles doesn’t mean a literal 1000, it means “a lot”. “1000 years”...
