my take on it is that people are going to find something they don’t like all the time, and you can be offended while everyone else is fine with it.

my point is nothing other than “JJ hasn’t done anything substantial enough to warrant a removal from the vendors list.”

I would ban someone like YAC because he has verbally harrassed women at cons, his professionalism is next-to-non-existent, and refuses to censor his lyrics for convention performances.

I’ve been convinced to do the right thing. Rape jokes aren’t funny. As for YAC, he’d never be invited in the first place.

If the con starts banning people for made up reasons then the con should just close down. Every guest on your list has done or said something at some point that makes them ban-able. Plus you’ll have to start banning most of your attendees. So just to be safe cancel the whole con.
