Not always. Only when that doesn’t lead to a bigger version of the picture. I understand that you may want to put a click-through to your own blog on your own picture, but that’s what the source is for. When I click on an image I do it to see a bigger sized version of it, not to be redirected to (usually main page of) a blog.
