“Exactly. Leftovers from the rain made it even worse. The thing is, it’s hard to determine how much water left, so it’s just easier to let the cloud dissipate and make a new one.” Vindicar stretches a bit, spreading his wings wide. “Good thing it’s not my job to do it. Way too much responsibility for my non-existant skill.”
“Yeah, it does sound like a better and much safer way to do it” The pegasus nods “But then, even tho I’m a pegasus, I don’t really know much about weathermaking, most I know is how to buck a cloud to make it go away”
“Well, sometimes that’s enough.” Vindicar smiles. “I wonder how some pegasi manage to use stormclouds as weapons, though…”
“… Weapons?” He seems to think for a moment “Perhaps by ‘throwing’ them in general direction of the enemy and then somehow make it 'fire’… dunno, maybe by throwing a rock at it, assuming it won’t go through the cloud like an Earth pony.”
