RIP MSI K9N4 Ultra-f
It was a piece of shit, but was enough for me to play.
I am now sure it’s it. Previously, when I tried to launch my PC without a video card, it ALWAYS beeped out a video error. Always. Evn after it started screwing up. I put the mobo back into the case and connected the speaker. No beeps at all. Silence. And before some wiseguy says I connected it wrong way - you can’t, speakers don’t have a polarity, plus to be on the SAFE side I ran it a few times with the connector reversed.
