So, since Vista, SAPI (Speech recognition API) is built-in into Windows. The problem is, only a FEW language versions of Vista/7 can use it. I need the thing for use with Source SDK (FacePoser is much better tool for that than the one built into SFM since there you can’t edit Phonemes) but it’s completely inactive in my Win7…
