Was attacker randomly spamming spell on enemy team’s resp? Or was the spell directed at the victim, so it just kept going once victim teleported?
This is Ashe’s ultimate, an arrow that flies through the map in a given direction until it collides with enemy champion, or flies out of the boundaries. So either the playr that used it missed horribly, or knew it will be just in time.
