Most people won’t admit it, or don’t even realize it, but

caring for people takes energy out of you.

Investing your time and attention making sure somebody knows

that you love them and that you want to ensure their well-being can drain you:

• mentally
• emotionally
• spiritually
• even physically.

Love people, but take care of yourself.

Don’t burn yourself out.

I think I’ve done just that unfortunately…

It can get even worse. If that person does something that will upset you, you most likely WON’T be ABLE to tell them that. This will end with you bottling that inside, which over a period of time will only become a HUGE strain, both physically and mentally. It will drain you until you will explode, most likely on that person. It will get ugly…
