The hippogriff can hear the pony’s voice from inside “Coming!” and a few seconds later the door opens “Oh. Hey there Vindicar.”

“Ah… hm, but won’t it create problems during winter? I mean, I’ll have to do it outdoors, so there will be risk of rings freezing up into solid mesh.”

“Oh… Good point Vin…” The pony ponders for a bit “I guess I could make the pipes in the hanger hollow and fill it up with some liquid that won’t freeze easily, and put a few water heaters inside… Then if it’s winter, you could just plug the thing in and after few minutes it would become pretty warm. I doubt it would get so cold the armor would freeze the instant you take it out of the water. Especially if it will be warm water.”

“Sounds good enough, though it will significantly increase the weight of that hanger.” Hippogriff scratches his head. “Do you have any small scale heaters? I mean, if hanger’s made of metal, several of them should warm it up pretty quickly, and I don’t need it to be red hot. Just enough so I could turn it on before dipping the armor and use it once I’m done.”

“Hmmm… right, sorry. Force of habit. Then I will make it hollow, and just put quite a bit of them around inside. Do bear in mind tho, even with that it will be a bit heavy, but I can guarantee that it will not fall apart, nor bend under your armor.”
