The Faces of Meth Addiction:
These are two photos of Bill Berkins taken only 2 years apart. William Berkins of Hobertshire, Scotland was an accomplished actor and comedian. Known only for smoking a pipe of weed from time to time in the 90s, he graduated quickly to harder drugs, finally methamphetamine.
Soon after, he was a burglar and proud of it. He lost his wife, Bertha, a doctor who couldn’t bear to see him go the way of some of her patients. Most of his family barely recognized him as he grew ill and insane. Despite a brief stay at the Riverdale Clinic, he relapsed shortly after departing and has not been seen since heading into the west to destinations unknown.
