Eh, it wasn’t that bad, it did avoid some classic stereotypes for this kind of episode(though it ended with a cliche I admit).
To be honest, with the way CMC greeted her in Ponyville I am not surprised that she didn’t exactly like them. Then we have the whole “Sweetie Belle was right all along” thing. And the cliched ending.

So…when the duplicates go back into the pond, does that mean they basically died or do they just get trapped inside? Either way, it’s kind of scary I suppose, but I was just thinking of the idea that, if they were still conscious and alive down there, what would it be like? And what if the real Pinkie got sent back somehow? Though it’s very unlikely that she did, it’s rather sad to imagine the possibility.
Whether I drew the real Pinkie or a duplicate…that is up for interpretation. QvQ

I have my own assumption, alternate realities, each of those Pinkie Pies were from another parallel pony universe… probably not, but after seeing the first clone being made(how it looked as if Pinkie Pie walked Into the water), that is what gave me that thought.
Or they could be similair to Mythic’s clones, pure magical constructs, just instead dof having a hive mind, each having their own.
