Damn Homestuck is what. Seriously, due to all the things on tumblr I approached it with a LOT of scepticism, yet that thing managed to positively surprise me (Or it did so far. Most ‘shitty’ stuff I see around is based on the Trolls there, and I just reached the part, so my opinion may change)

The answer to both questions is - No. I don’t even have an idea for a great project, so kinda can’t make plans… yet.

Not really, no.

"Okay, I'll see what I can do. And if you happen to meet an opinicus near the Ponyville, it should be either him, his mate Sonic or one of their hatchlings. I'd say none of them are a threat if you don't outright attack first." With that hippogriff points towards roofs of the Ponyville appearing ahead. "Here you go, pal. And I must get to Moon City. See ya!"

“Alright, understood then.” He nods, then smiles as he sees Ponyville “Sure thing Vindicar, see you next time!”

Vindicar gives pony a look. "They can barely match the unicorns. And I don't know if that's a personal or a racial trait, but trust me, Zeph is a nice guy. I think the only thing that can really piss him off is someone threatening his family." Hippogriff smirks a bit. "And if that doesn't convince you, note that he wouldn't hurt a friend of mine."

“O-oh…” He seems to blush “You can see my fear talking again there. So… I could meet with him, yes.”

"Yes. Opinicus is a rare breed of griffon that got driven away from griffon lands hundreds of years ago, most likely due to their conflict with griffons over their rudimentary magic talent. Now it's hard to find someone who still remembers the word, and those who do usually think opinicai are extinct." Vindicar shakes his head a bit. "You can easily tell one apart if you know what to look at, though. Opinicai have all legs ending with catlike paws, thought their forelimbs are prehensile."

Pewny listens carefully to what the hippogriff is saying, nodding now and then, but at some point gulping “M-magic? That’s the last thing I need, a magic-wielding griffon chasing me… Maybe good to know how to recognise one indeed.”

"Of course. He's kinda got used to that, though... It's a bit harder to tell an opinicus from a griffon."

“I see. Wait… Opinicus?”

"You know," Vindicar says as he follows his friend, "I should probably introduce you to Zephyr one day. He's another not-quite-griffon living nearby with his family, and has rather sweet disposition."

He seems to think a bit “Well, I wouldn’t mind to be honest, just… Make sure to warn him that I may see, afraid at first.”

HIppogriff looks at the sky. "It's getting late. We should probably return to the Ponyville."

Vindicar hugs back and nuzzles Pewny's now-feathery neck a bit before letting him go. "Now two of my friends has suffered from griffons in the past... it doesn't help my despise towards griffonkind."

He smiles lightly in the hug, finally able to say that. He then nods after being released “I see… Seems neither of us have luck with griffons.”

Hippogriff loosk down and slightly away. "I'm sorry for bringing this up, my friend..."

Suddenly he hugs the hippogriff and shakes his head. “No. I actually wanted to tell this to someone finally… At least you know why I was so afraid of you at first…”
